Rinsing with a mouthwash is an important part of good oral hygiene. Mouthwashes help rinse away debris, strengthen teeth and whiten your smile. Rinse your mouth twice each day, both morning and evening. Pick a non-alcohol mouthwash, as alcohol is drying to the mouth.
